The Atelier Vase is available in Clear or Smoke finishes and Round or Square shapes.
Will the wood look exactly like the photographs?
Natural wood grain and tone vary slightly from piece to piece. These subtle differences are part of the material’s character. Screen settings can also affect color appearance.
Can I place water directly in the vase?
Use the upper vessel for your arrangement and keep the wood base dry. Remove the vessel from the base before filling, emptying, or cleaning it.
How should I clean it?
Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth with mild soap when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, scouring pads, and soaking the wood base.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is generally 2–4 weeks depending on your location and carrier conditions.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
