Refund Policy

Every Glass Hauz piece should arrive ready to become part of your home. This policy explains returns, damaged items, exchanges, and refund processing.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

To request a return, contact glasshauzvases@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Personal care items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original purchase. Once that return is approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refund Processing

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and credit-card providers may require additional time to process and post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
